The Coghlin Companies kindly sponsored 18 of their associates for the first ever Worcester Fitness Center 5K run around Indian Lake in Worcester to benefit the Planting the Seed Foundation, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of homeless children and their families.
With a choice of four names, the runners ultimately selected The Coghlin Cruisers as their team name! Sarah Fisher and Nora Leonard volunteered to help at the event, guiding the runners around the first bend of the race and cheering on the Coghlin Cruisers.
The team came in 3rd place; Holly Corliss came in 1st place for the women; Louis Lor came in 1st place for the men; and Kelly Moore came in 3rd place for the walkers. We missed Ashley Mitchell, Mike Triber and Lucas Norton as they were busy satisfying some of Coghlin Companies precious customers.

Our photographer caught the group before they began the race, and also got a surprise visit from a photo bomber at one point!
After all the runners came in, they were treated to some food grilled up by the Worcester Fitness employees. All in all, a very fun evening for a great cause!
