Coghlin Companies Proudly Supports 5th Annual Drive for a Cure Golf Tournament

We all know someone who has been affected by cancer and the challenges that come with fighting the disease. The loss of loved ones and the anxiety and pain it evokes on everyone close to the patient and their families is a hardship that requires resolve and the support of those around us.

I recently had the opportunity to represent the Coghlin Companies, Inc. at the 5th Annual Drive for a Cure Golf Tournament (www.supportforeacure.org), held at Townsend Ridge Country Club. This year the event proceeds were donated to multiple great causes, including the start of a college fund for the young son of John Bourque, who lost his battle with cancer in January, as well as supporting Team M.A.P in the UMASS Cancer Walk.

I really enjoyed participating in and supporting this charity tournament. The day was a great success, and highly impactful. The organizers of the event, Andrew and Scott Payette, and their team did an amazing job. Their passion for giving back and sharing their experiences and strength to support Dominick Bourque after losing his father John was especially touching, and Coghlin Companies is proud to be a supporter.
