The Warehouse Manager is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse operations (receiving, put-away, picking, storage, and shipping), inventory accuracy, and continuous improvements.


  • Responsible for safety of warehouse associates and company goods (raw material & finished goods).
  • Responsible for following cGMP and ISO 13485 requirements.
  • Responsible for ensuring the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals.
  • Supervises and reviews daily activities of warehouse associates.
  • Manages and establishes optimal workflow, process improvements, to continually improve quality and productivity.
  • Assume responsibility to ensure accurate and timely deliveries of raw material and supplies to production, including material kits and replenishment items.
  • Utilizing and understand ERP system and other current or future business tools. 
  • Manages cycle count program and physical inventory counts.
  • Ensures proper FIFO stock rotation.
  • Oversees the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery, and equipment associated with the warehousing and logistics functions. 
  • Participates in meetings with other functional department heads in efforts to collaborate on more efficient processes and interdepartmental communications.
  • Other duties as required.

Essential Requirements:  

  • Positive attitude, self-motivator.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent experience in warehouse management will be considered.
  • 5+ years’ experience as Warehouse Supervisor or Inventory Control Supervisor preferably in electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.
  • Considerable knowledge of WMS methods and procedures, including physical inventory, cycle counting, and record keeping practices.
  • ERP experience required. Epicor preferred.
  • Familiarity with a variety of tools, parts, materials, and supplies used in the electronic industry.
  • Proven ability to supervise the work of others and manage as appropriate.
  •  Ability to keep records, create reports, interpret information to increase efficiencies.
  • Creates a safe workplace by supporting and implementing plant safety policies.
  • Ensures that warehouse employees are properly trained in all necessary tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Standing for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
