Earlier this month, Coghlin Companies held a Labor Day Cookout for all of its Caring Associates at Fenway Park to show their appreciation and celebrate as a team. Coghlin Companies has proudly been displayed in Fenway Park this season with signage on the third baseline midway up the grandstand and an LED display that is displayed between two innings each game. Achieving this milestone of being displayed in the park, it seemed like the perfect place to hold the Labor Day cookout, allowing all associates to share in the excitement. The day was a great success, and everyone was eager to share their experiences.

“My experience at Fenway was absolutely remarkable! It was truly the most thoughtful gift of appreciation the Coghlin family shared with their Caring Associates. There is so much I enjoyed about this very special day.  Hearing about the history of Fenway, learning about the Morse code in the scoreboard, seeing parts of the ball park that I had never seen before, and most importantly being a part of the Coghlin family dream coming true! I could see the excitement on everyone’s faces throughout the entire day and could sense the pride in the Coghlin family as they greeted us and gave their speeches. I am grateful I shared this experience with everyone in the Coghlin Companies as it is a day I will never forget, and a memory that I will always cherish.”

“The trip was rewarding in that it brought the company closer. From charades and good laughs on the bus ride to the celebrations within Fenway, I felt that I was surrounded by my family. I cannot thank the Coghlin’s and the rest of the team enough for giving me this opportunity to witness such a pivotal and rewarding moment in this company’s history. The sky is the limit for us.”

“As I exited the bus onto Yawkey Way, with the sea of blue and red Coghlin shirts in front of me I had no idea what type of experience I was about to encounter. Between the help of my personal tour guide Andrew MacDougall (another Cogmedix employee) and our amazing Fenway tour guide, Alex, it was like the perfect history lesson on that beautiful day. It was incredible to see all the employees in the group photoshoot as we looked over Fenway for what was my first time ever. It was so much to take in between the food, the tour, photos with Wally, and just standing up on the Green Monster imagining all who once occupied those fantastic seats. I’m so grateful for this remarkable experience and can’t wait to make many memories here in the future with my family. “

“From my perspective everything was perfect. Comfortable and timely bus rides with awesome co-workers, good food in an awesome environment (Fenway), informative and fun meeting and a nostalgic tour of the greatest ballpark ever. It was well planned and managed and the Fenway employees were very gracious to us, truly professional. Any fears about a monumentally long bus ride home – unfounded. No matter what sub group of associates I was with at a given time, I was totally comfortable. It was an awesome day.”
