The Coghlin Companies’ Caring Associates do an outstanding job when it comes to helping those in need…from annual toy drives, coat drives, food drives, and more, they keep on giving.
This year our associates donated 924 pounds of food and $440 in grocery store gift cards to the Pernet Family Health Services Thanksgiving Food Drive, an increase of approximately 15% from last year’s donation!
John McCabe of Pernet said, “Overall, we had another successful program, thanks to donors like you. Our donations exceeded 13,600 pounds of food and, combined with gift card donations, the total is valued at over $30,000. The donations went to provide the ingredients for a complete Thanksgiving meal to 330 families in need in the Worcester area.”
Pernet Family Health Service, Inc., a 501c3 certified home health agency, targets “social isolation, lack of resources to meet basic needs, housing instability, risk of abuse and neglect, exposure to violence, risk of developmental delay and school failure, and barriers to access to community services”.
