Coghlin Companies, Inc. is a 128 year old privately held capital equipment contract manufacturing and product engineering specialist. Coghlin Companies are comprised of four wholly owned subsidiaries -- Columbia Tech, Coghlin Precision, Cogmedix and DCI Engineering. Collectively they provide Concept to Commercialization solutions or any portion thereof including product engineering, global component procurement, contract manufacturing, logistics, and field support solutions. Coghlin Companies provides contract manufacturing services to a diversified group of capital equipment manufacturers, device manufacturers, and select entrepreneurs throughout the United States.
Industries represented by those clients include homeland security, machine tool and commercial packaging, telecommunications, semiconductor equipment, alternative energy, medical instruments, pharmaceuticals, wireless capabilities, food services, robotics, automation systems and controls, and the military, among others. Current design and integration programs taking place at Coghlin Companies incorporate a unique mix of electronics, hydraulics, mechanics, pneumatics, RF, optics, cables, harnesses, software, power distribution, and printed circuit board assemblies. Coghlin Companies is an expert in the area of High Level Assembly (HLA) and fulfills end item orders to customer locations all over the world.

Certifications and registrations include but are not limited to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, TUV Certified, ITAR Registered, IPC 610 FDA Compliant Partner to build 510K approved Class I, Class II and Class III assembly, J-STD-001, ISO, RoHS and lead free, Intertek, CSA and CE Approved, and NSF Compliance. Our expertise includes Canadian Standard Association and UL testing and resolution of issues. We are FDA compliant and operate in accordance with 21CFR Part 820, and are ITAR compliant in both design and manufacturing.
