The EOED Program ensures open lines of communication between our Caring Associates and our Leadership Team so every voice is heard. Caring Associates are encouraged to submit transparent suggestions for continuous improvement to make impactful changes in our company and are formally recognized for their efforts.

As passionate advocates for more than four generations, community involvement is engrained in our culture. We proudly sponsor and participate in events such as food drives, clothing drives, charity runs, and other events to demonstrate our commitment to community enhancement, team building and giving back.

The Coghlin Companies Caring Corporate Citizen, or “5C” Program, propels our philanthropic efforts into high gear! Our Caring Associates have the opportunity to earn recognition for their volunteer work and enter a quarterly drawing for a substantial company sponsored donation to the charities they are most passionate about.
