New product introduction

The Coghlin truck pulls up to the delivery door at the WTHS.

On October 4, 2013, a Coghlin Companies truck proudly delivered three pallets of various spare electrical and mechanical parts to Worcester Technical High School (WTHS). Michael Meagher, Department Head for Robotics and Automation Technology, plus several of the students excitedly met the truck and off loaded the pallets.

Mr. Meagher was very appreciative of the generous gift and said, “Worcester Technical High School greatly appreciates Columbia Tech’s generosity with their donation of several thousand dollars’ worth of electrical connectors, mechanical fasteners and hardware. The Electromechanical / Robotics and Automation Technology department, Electrical department, Machine Tool Technology and Welding department will all benefit from this extremely generous donation! Thank you!”

The kids were anxious to look over the goods and get them distributed, as evident by the attached picture. It was so nice to see organizations within Worcester working together to create win/wins!
