Columbia Tech has a staff of engineers dedicated to PCB assembly; they can provide design-for-manufacturability and test (DFM/DFT) feedback to improve manufacturing and test processes, reduce the risk for defects and increase overall production yields. Columbia Tech is able to work with your existing approved vendor list (AVL) and bill of materials (BOM), or provide AVL or BOM reviews for cost-effective supply chain management. This helps ensure delivery of the best components at the right time-and at the right price point.

All PCBAs are verified for component-placement accuracy and tested for functionality in several stages, including x-ray, automated optical inspection (AOI), in-circuit testing (ICT), and functional test services.
