I have worked at DCI for five years and I have to say, at first, I was a little surprised at how well everyone got along with each other and were always willing to help one another, not the typical behavior you get at some companies where statements like “this is not my job” seem sadly… too common. Five years later there are new faces and a lot more associates but still it stays the same… everyone helping out one another and working together to do good work and create lasting first impressions. At any time, you could walk into one of the engineering bullpens and hear engineers bouncing ideas off each other in such a collaborative and thoughtful way…very cool.
