“¡Buen Provecho!” (enjoy your meal) was one of a few Spanish phrases spoken at Casa Vallarta Mexican Restaurant where the Bid & Proposal team celebrated recent accomplishments, including orders from new customers, meeting the cost goals of key clients, and improved time for quote turnaround. It was a well-deserved mid-day break to thank our experienced, talented crew and to reflect on the teamwork that has been essential to our success. I couldn’t be more proud of and grateful to the entire group, and really enjoyed this time spent joking and sharing stories about each other’s families and interests outside of work. We were honored to be joined by our Executive VP of Operations, Gerry Burns, especially since he picked up the tab! Muchas gracias, Gerry! We all appreciated the recognition and the time to connect as a team. In case anyone is wondering, we were back in action soon after lunch, having no time for a weekday siesta!
